The tour to Tinajani begins at 06:30 am starting from your hotel in the center of Puno to our first destination, Sillustani at 7.15 am (with an hour to visit this complex we can also observe the beauty of the lagoon Umayo ). Then we leave for the Rosada de Lampa, arriving at the Santiago Apóstol church where the famous catacombs and the replica of the sculpture of the Piedad of Miguel Angel reside.
Then we leave for the city of Pucara where we will visit the Lycian museum and the archaeological complex of Kalasaya. Afterwards we go to our last and most beautiful destination “The canyon of Tinajani” 12 km from the district of Ayaviri arriving at 3:00 pm (we will observe rock formations, reddish sandstone sediments and dacite of volcanic origin millions of years old). Finishing this visit, we will arrive at puno at approximately 7:00 pm.
